What am I doing to generate something positive for the community, beyond ecology?<br>To be able to realize this, it is important to take the time to analyze what we are already doing and what we need to change.<br>To be able to design or maintain its product or service offerings, a company must listen to its market and, above all, protect it. A balance is then established between the longevity of its activities and major global challenges.<br>Our ways of working are inevitably affected and are evolving rapidly. New forms of management are becoming essential. It is therefore extremely important to support employees through these changes, which can sometimes be radical.<br>No company can afford to ignore its social responsibility anymore. Moreover, it is a passport to their future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Role of the board of directors<br>Discussions and decisions are made at the board level. We come in to ensure that the right course of action is being taken, beyond the company&#039;s walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>That is why working on your CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is positive from every point of view: It improves the employer brand, attracts consumers, investors and talent.<br>Three missions of the Board of Directors:<br>Regarding CSR issues, which are broad and cross-cutting, the board of directors has three missions that will impact the added value of products or services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adapting to new socio-economic paradigms and regulatory contexts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipating and understanding the constraints, threats, or opportunities of regulations and business requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thinking outside the box to foster creative and innovative environments<br>Position of the Board of Directors:<br>The board of directors will have to take a collective position and establish the focus areas of the CSR approach based on several<br>elements:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the management of CSR risks and extract opportunities to adapt the business model if necessary \u2013 in this way, the<br>Governance will guarantee the relevance and effectiveness of the approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that the CSR approach improves overall performance.
