The pandemic has significantly changed the life of companies, especially with the almost generalized implementation of working from home.

This practice, which is new for many companies in Switzerland, has brought to light several issues, notably on the fiscal and social aspects for employers and employees. The case of cross-border employees is particularly sensitive in French-speaking Switzerland.
