We had the pleasure of welcoming in Geneva, in partnership with Mazars France and B-Lab Switzerland, about fifteen leaders from the Lake Geneva region.
This round table provided an open and rich discussion on CSR and on the importance for companies to have a sustainable development strategy.
The discussions highlighted the confrontation of an idealistic vision of the subject with the reality and constraints of a business leader. Whatever the leader’s intentions, the long-term approach to sustainable development is in conflict with the short-term pressures and priorities .
The diversity of experiences and the format of the debate contribute to the success of this round table formula.
